The Fiscal Oversight Team serves as the audit liaison for external audit, site visit, and review requests primarily related to sponsored project financials and internal controls. The Assistant Director of the FOT, Sarah Kern, serves as the official point of contact. The Fiscal Compliance Team (FCT) within the FOT manages the audits and site visits and will work with unit administrators and staff, PIs, and central administrative offices to collect and review all documentation to be provided to external auditors. Involvement of the FOT and FCT is not required for programmatic and invoice audits or site visits; however, the FCT Manager, Sylvia Myers, is available to assist and provide guidance at any time.
