Avoid Angle Brackets in Comments, Messages in ERA FP History

It has been discovered that when angle brackets < > are around an email address in a Funding Proposal (FP) message, (e.g., when the Add Public Comment, Notify PNT, and Forward to PNT Review activities are run), the email address will NOT be visible in the History.

When copying/pasting an email address into an ERA message, the angle brackets <> must be removed before clicking the OK button to send or post the comment. If needed, “double” or ‘single’ quotes, or (parenthesis) can be used instead – those symbols do not cause an issue.
