The Current and Pending (C&P) Tool underwent several changes Wednesday night (12/1/2021) when a new patch was released into production.
The C&P Tool NIH Other Support form was updated to match the new NIH current and pending format. When downloaded, the document will be displayed in a Word format which can be converted to PDF for PI signature. All formatting is compliant with NIH guidelines, except the font size of the Person Months tables. RAs will need to adjust this manually for compliance.
Development is still in progress for the addition of digital signature capability within the form. This is expected to be released later this month.
Data within the C&P Tool was also updated to include both the direct sponsor and originating or prime sponsor in sponsor fields across current and pending form types.
