ERA Fix and Enhancement of Updates to the Departmental Approval Process

Recently, RAs might have experienced difficulties when trying to make changes to the departmental approval process in ERA. That bug has now been fixed and RAs can make edits to department approvers using the actions “Submit for Department Review” when routing for approvals or “Update Reviewers for Proposal Review” if the request for approval is already routing.

Note: Personnel who have been identified as being responsible for design, conduct or reporting of the proposal on the Additional Personnel Smartform (1.1.1) cannot be removed from Department Reviews, and will always need to approve if/when a proposal is routed (or re-routed).
