The Who Can Help Me? tool is now syncing with the ERA MasterStore, and Contact Results page (i.e., the page that shows contacts for each specific unit) has a slightly new look.
There is a known issue with the AMT GCO’s name being linked to the unit’s Public Mailbox address – and that will be corrected in forthcoming updates.
To request changes to the RA Contacts for a unit, click the “Update Department Contacts” link on the Contact Results page for the appropriate unit and complete the request form that appears.
