FY24 Change Management Committee (CMC) Nominations

REMINDER, 03/03/2023 The FY24 CMC nomination period will close on March 13, 2023.  RAs may visit the FY24 Committee Roles and Responsibilities page to review position descriptions and submit an FY24 CMC Nomination form to nominate pre-award and post-award representatives for their college (or assigned group). Self-nominations are welcome and highly encouraged!  

02/16/2023 – Updates and improvements are being made to ASU’s research administration change management process. On July 1, 2023, a new Change Management Committee (CMC) will replace the current Change Management Board (CMB) as part of this process refresh, which will entail addition of additional and new committee members to help execute changes, increased visibility for the change management process, and broadened communication throughout the RA Community. The CMC’s mission will be to review, discuss, and vote on requested research administration process changes, and ensure that all approved changes are implemented.  

Knowledge Enterprise Research Operations is pleased to welcome nominations for the following CMC positions:   

  • Engineering Pre-Award 
  • Engineering Post-Award 
  • College of Liberal Arts & Sciences (The College) Pre-Award 
  • College of Liberal Arts & Sciences (The College) Post-Award 
  • KE Finance (Post-Award) 
  • Maroon Group Pre-Award 
  • Maroon Group Post-Award 
  • Gold Group Pre-Award 
  • Gold Group Post-Award 
  • Specialized Committee Roles (Open to RA Community members from any ASU Unit) 

o    Specialty Positions include: Communications Lead and Committee Secretary 

 Visit the FY24 Committee Roles and Responsibilities page to review these RA Community positions and submit an FY24 CMC Nomination. Each position term will begin on July 1, 2023. Self-nominations are welcome and highly encouraged!  

 Complete the Nomination Form by Monday, March 13, 2023.
