Linked is a copy of the Guidance Document ICRA.4. – Employee Agreement for Remote Work International. The International Remote Work Questionnaire will only require review and approval by ICRA/Export Control when an employee requests to work or vacation in a country of concern ( Burma, People’s Republic of China, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan per the Secretary of State on December 23, 2023). All other requests to work outside of the United States do not require approval by ICRA/Export Control.
