FY25 ERE and Tuition Remission Rates

08/19/2024 – The FY25 ERE rates are now available to select in ERA Funding Proposal (FP) budgets.

Pre-existing FPs will not automatically update to the new rates. However, users can apply the update to in-process FPs by selecting the “8/15/2024” effective date on Budget Smartform 1.2 F&A Rate Determination, Question 10.0.

Any proposals submitted on or after September 2, 2024 must use the FY25 ERE rates. Note: FY25 Tuition Remission rates are already effective and required (see previous updates below).

The Salaries, Wages, and ERE, Other Direct Costs, and F&A Documents pages on the researchadmin website have been updated with these new rates and the updated F&A Rate Agreement.

For proposals submitted with old ERE rates – if a copy of the corresponding (older version of our) rate agreement or the old rate table is needed, please contact [email protected] or your assigned Proposal GCO.

07/18/2024 – Corrected typo to indicate that proposals submitted on or after 8/1/2024 must use the FY25 TR rates.

07/12/2024 – The FY25 Tuition Remission rates are now available to select in ERA Funding Proposal (FP) budgets, and the Other Direct Costs page has been updated on the researchadmin website.

Pre-existing FPs will not automatically update to the new rates. However, users can apply the update to in-process FPs by selecting the “7/16/2024” effective date on Budget Smartform 1.2 F&A Rate Determination, Question 10.0.
