The NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) Grants Activities Branch has notified recipient institutions that NASA awards have been delayed. Effective October 1, NASA released updated regulations, policies, terms and conditions (T&Cs), resource documents, and forms to effectuate the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) 2024 revisions to Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR), “OMB Guidance for Federal Financial Assistance.” Please be advised these mandatory updates caused delays in the award processing time. NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) is working diligently to incorporate all the new and revised policy guidance documents, forms, and resources necessary for award. Thank you for your patience and your continued support of our NASA missions.
